As the third largest hop producing region in the United States, Elk Point Environmental Resources has groomed natural occurring vegetative areas for the production and harvesting of several different varieties of hops. Elk Point Environmental Resources continues to explore additional avenues of natural vegetative species in North Idaho for further cultivation.
